On February 11, Wanli Group successfully held its 2026 Annual Gala under the theme “Anchored by Purpose, Driven by Vision.” More than just a year-end celebration, the event was a tribute to those who strive for excellence and a heartfelt salute to everyone moving forward with determination.

Warm lighting illuminated the venue as the Wanli team gathered together.At the carefully arranged photo area, colleagues posed for pictures and interacted with the lively and adorable “Ceramic Proppant King,” capturing the occasion with bright smiles.

In 2025, the market faced numerous challenges, including an economic downturn, evolving market demands, and intensifying competition due to product homogenization. Despite these challenges, all Wanli employees remained true to their original aspirations. Grounded in a team culture of mutual understanding and support, they worked together and supported one another, firmly upholding the values of reputation, quality, and trust. Through their commitment and perseverance, they earned the lasting trust of customers. With the promise, “I am at my post. You can count on me,” they fulfilled their responsibilities and stayed true to the mission of reaching greater horizons.

Following the opening ceremony, Wang Wanli, General Manager of Wanli Group, took the stage to deliver a speech, reviewing the company's outstanding achievements over the past year. He noted that “Anchored by Purpose” reflects the determination to focus on core business and attract talent, while “Driven by Vision” demonstrates the ambition to expand globally and reach beyond boundaries. His insightful remarks outlined a clear and ambitious development vision for all Wanli employees, inspiring everyone with renewed motivation to move forward.

Later, “Ceramic Proppant King” made another appearance, showcasing the Group’s renewed vitality with its lively image. As the personification of the Group’s innovative spirit, it also serves as an important vehicle for promoting a younger and more international Wanli culture, bringing fresh energy to the Group’s global expansion.

Role models lead the way, and hard work brings honor. The awards ceremony brought excitement to the event, with more than ten awards presented across management, business, production, and service. From the “General Manager’s Special Recognition Award” for outstanding leadership and strategic planning to the “Leading the Way Award” for pioneering new opportunities; from the “Dark Horse Award” for innovation and outstanding performance to the “Production Breakthrough Award” for continuous improvement; and from the “Golden Horse Award” for loyalty and dedication to the “Rising Star Award” recognizing promising young talent, each award celebrated excellence and achievement.

Every round of applause represented the highest recognition of the dedication and hard work of Wanli employees. The ceremony also reflected the Group’s core philosophy of valuing talent and recognizing practical contributions, reinforcing a clear message: Those who strive will be recognized, and those who contribute will be rewarded.

During the dinner, the Group’s leaders raised their glasses to honor past achievements and welcome a new journey ahead.
